On Episode 93 of the PT Entrepreneur Pdocast I catch up with my old friend Coach Joe Szymanek to talk about his new book Luci Meets A Powerlifter and the process of becoming an author.

Joe and I’s relationship dates back to my time in the Army. I went to school with his wife and over the years we have been on some pretty awesome adventures together including co-hosting the Doc & Jock Podcast. Today we sit down to talk about the message behind the book, how the idea came about and what the process was like of writing and publishing a book.
